Arsenal finish the season with a strong win

After back-to-back defeats, Arsenal returned back to the Emirates and dismantled Everton 5-1. It was a sluggish start to the match, but after VAR called a handball on Alex Iwobi, it opened the scoring for the Gunners. While the win didn't secure the Champions League for Arsenal, it allowed them to finish the season on a high note. They will now approach the off-season with plenty to do before the start of next season.

Arsenal's Champions League hopes shattered

It was a match that felt like Arsenal could never get into, and it cost them dearly, losing 2-0. The loss resulted in Arsenal falling into fifth place with just one match left in the season. The Gunners no longer control their own destiny and must win their final game against a struggling Everton side and hope that Tottenham Hotspur loses to Norwich City on the road.

Arsenal falls on the road

After an early red card to Rob Holding, it was a brutal match for Arsenal and their fans. Tottenham went on to win dominantly, but the game will certainly be largely criticized for the officiating decisions from Paul Tierney in the match. Regardless, Arsenal maintains a one-point lead in the fourth-place spot in the Premier League table with two matches remaining. They travel to Newcastle United on Monday and will look to maintain their position in the table.
